These chilli mint chicken thighs are absolutely delicious. Like their big brother, the Chilli Mint Chicken Flattie they are just pure deliciousness!
Grilled Chilli Mint Chicken Thighs
A delicious combination of yoghurt, Chilli Mint sauce and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- 8 Chicken Thighs with the skin on
- 2 tsp Fresh Garlic
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Handfull Fresh Mint Leaves
- 125 ml Spais Chilli Mint Sauce
- 1 Cup Double Cream Greek Yoghurt
Instructions

Chop the fresh mint and place it in a bowl with all the other ingredients. Pour over chicken thighs and leave over night to marinade.

Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 25minutes or until nice and brown
Recipe Notes
This recipe is so easy to put together and the reward is fantastic. The trick is to leave it over night to marinade but even if you cant manage that it will still be delicious.
We usually make this with oven roasted veg as a side. It's the perfect keto meal.
This recipe is based on a version of our original Chilli Mint Chicken Flattie Recipe.
So, once you try it and fall in love with this phenomenal burst of flavour there is another version to try. This marinade also works really well on chicken breasts.
We've broken the mold, mint doesn't only go well with lamb, it goes well with a number of different food types.
We've used this chilli mint sauce to over roast veg, in a green bean and onion stir fry mix. It's even great for things like spring rolls (not for the keto dieters though)
