Keto Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings
Keto Spicy BBQ Chicken Wings made from a combo of healthy smoked hot sauce and a few other ingredients
Ingredients
- 8 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 70 ml spais smoked chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp stevia drops for a hint of sweetness
Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a bowl with a lid

Put the chicken wings inside the bowl, close the lid and give it a good shake

Leave them for as long as possible to marinade - overnight is always best

Grill at 18 degrees celsius for 20-25 minutes or until done

Easy Keto Mayo
1 whole egg at room temperature
125ml light olive oil
2 tablespoons spirit vinegar
12 drops stevia
The trick with this mayo is to put all the ingredients except the egg in a jar or jug that fits the head of your hand mixer/blender.
Once all the ingredients are in there gently crack the egg open and add it to the mixture.
Place the bender in onto of the egg and slowly blend until everything is incorporated and you have a delicious thick mayo.
Now you spicy chicken wing meal is really complete 😉
