The Biggest Chili Cheese Burger in the World
The Biggest Chili Cheese Burger in the World is actually really easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 whole Onion Chopped into rings and fried
- 1 whole Tomato Sliced
- 4 Pickles Sliced
- 1 Giant Bun We used a naan bread
- 4 Leaves Lettuce
- 2 Slices Bread Crumbed
- 300 g Minced Meat
- Lots of Grated Cheese
- 4 Tbsp Spais Afro Chilli Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Mayonaise
- 2 Whole Eggs To bind the mince and bread
Instructions

Mix the mince, bread crumbs and eggs in a bowl.
Add 4 Tablespoons of Spais Afro Chilli Sauce (If you dont have this you can use any other hot sauce)
Mix well
Place on a piece of baking paper and shape into a giant round burger pattie.
Pick the burger pattie up with the baking paper still underneath and turn it over face down in the frying pan.
Remove the baking paper.
Once the giant burger pattie is cooked place it on the giant roll.
Smear in a mixture of Spais Hot Sauce and Mayonnaise.
Add the cheese and other toppings and enjoy.
