The Biggest Chili Cheese Burger in the World

The Biggest Chili Cheese Burger in the World is actually really easy to make.

1 whole Onion (Chopped into rings and fried)
1 whole Tomato (Sliced)
4 Pickles (Sliced)
1 Giant Bun (We used a naan bread)
4 Leaves Lettuce
2 Slices Bread (Crumbed)
300 g Minced Meat
Lots of Grated Cheese
4 Tbsp Spais Afro Chilli Sauce
4 Tbsp Mayonaise
2 Whole Eggs (To bind the mince and bread)

Mix the mince, bread crumbs and eggs in a bowl.

Add 4 Tablespoons of Spais Afro Chilli Sauce (If you dont have this you can use any other hot sauce)

Mix well

Place on a piece of baking paper and shape into a giant round burger pattie.

Pick the burger pattie up with the baking paper still underneath and turn it over face down in the frying pan.

Remove the baking paper.

Once the giant burger pattie is cooked place it on the giant roll.

Smear in a mixture of Spais Hot Sauce and Mayonnaise.

Add the cheese and other toppings and enjoy.

The Biggest Chili Cheese Burger in the World is actually quite simple to make. It’s also fun to share it with other people. But if you live alone, don’t worry, you will have dinner for a few days!
